DB Construction Limited is a fully licensed and registered construction and development company with a coastal base located on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker as well as an inland base located in San Ignacio, Cayo District. Both bases are prime locations for investors, expats and retirees.
With nearly 30 years of building experience in residential and commercial properties in the United States, as well as the entire country of Belize, we can proudly say that what we build will last.
We build according to the Belize Building Act as well as US standards with our own architect and engineer, and operate closely with the Belize Central Building Authority. Our team of skilled workers are experienced and trained professionally and will guarantee a quality product. At DB Construction, we take the time to walk our clients through the whole process of building and provide consultation in every aspect that comes along when planning construction. Even if our clients are not in country we provide communication through all platforms available (email, Facetime, Skype, Dropbox, social media) to ensure that communication is continuous throughout the project.
